Job description
- Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Prepare Database Monitoring Health Check Daily Report for all Databases.
- Analysis of the case of warning and critical server for alert to NMT.
- Follow up and track the pending issues of warning and critical Database and perform Change Management.
- Prepare documentation for SMO Monthly Report.
- Cleansing Database Accounts and doing user reviews.
- Test Backup & Restore Rehearsal all Database & File Server and Documentation or summary report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering/Computer science/Information technology or related field.
- 1 year of experience in SQL or Oracle is must have.
- Able to deploy the Program after NMT submits a request or troubleshooting about DBA.
- Be able to onsite Support & Deploy programs to clients.
