Job description
- Planning design information technology system application programs Including advice and solving various problems related to the program To support the work of users to be effective with corporate goals.
- Project Implementation
- Work closely with ERP IT Team
- Participate in project work as and when required by the Project Manager.
- Provide subject matter expertise in ERP to support initiative, change or project to business users
- Actively involve, control, and monitor assigned tasks or role in the projects to achieve the target in terms of time schedule, quality
- Support ERP team members to resolve issues/change raised or support required by users to be able to utilize ERP application in their operation.
- Ensure application support process and procedures are followed and comply with defined service level agreement.
- Work with ABAPer/Programmer to provide solution that meet the business requirement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 year's experience in business analysis, business support or project implementation
- Working knowledge and experience in operating and continuously supporting ERP and desktop application as well as application development.
- Experience in functional implementation and support of SAP
- Experience in SAP ERP (Oracle netsuit) implementation and support would be an advantage
- ERP , Database Server, Programing:- SP,
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill
